Remember to make a note of what components you need and the order that you need them in. This is important when you are working out suitable dates. Generally our courses (2, 3, 4, & 5 Day Direct Access Scheme and Restricted Licence courses) are made up of a combination of the following components:
CBT (8 hours) £130.00
Theory Test (1 hour) £34.00
Roadrider (8 hours) £120.00
DAS 1 (8 hours) £159.00
DAS 2 (8 hours or 8.45am to test time) £159.00
Motorcycle Test (1 hour) £80.00
Once you have found out what course you need, you will be given a list of components. You can check availability for these under the Course Availability section.
All the prices quoted include motorcycle/moped hire, fuel, insurance, safety helmet, gloves and waterproofs. The cost includes the tuition and a damage waiver for the motorcycle/moped hire. The cost also includes, where applicable, the CBT, Theory Test and Motorcycle Test. All the courses are guaranteed, which means that in the case of a Full/Restricted licence course if you don’t pass all the further training is done at a subsidized rate. In the case of the CBT if you don’t complete the course in one day all further training is charged at £60.00 per day including motorcycle/moped hire.

Theory Test - if you already hold a Theory Test for motorcycles please deduct £34.00 from the cost of the course. The Theory Test is only an hour, and is not part of the days of training. We would prefer it if your theory test is booked for at least 10 working days before the Motorcycle Test. This is so that in the event that you don’t pass the Theory Test there is enough time to cancel or rearrange the Motorcycle Test without a loss of fee.
Motorcycle Test - this will need to take place in the afternoon of the final day of training.
